Claire Jean (nee Westney) Anderson, 36, of Wadsworth, died April 19, 1981.
Born in Lebanon, N.H., "C.J." was a resident of Wadsworth for 22 years. She was a graduate of Wadsworth High School, and worked as a stewardess for Eastern Airlines. C.J. was a member of Montrose Zion United Methodist Church, the Wadsworth Women's Club, and a past member of the Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital Women's Auxiliary.
She is survived by husband, Homer; sons, Chris and Jamie, both at home; mother, Mrs. Jean Moore, St Petersburg, FL; and brothers, Doug Westney, St Petersburg, FL, Curt Westney, Wadsworth.
Funeral services Tuesday, 2 p.m., at the Montrose Zion United Methodist Chruch, Rev. D. Larry Kline officiating. Cremation to follow. Friends may call at the Hummel Funeral Home West, 3475 Copley Rd., TODAY from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
